It’s steel. It’s plain. The pressure is fine. It’s not a plastic toy w/ numerous settings and options. It won’t fail in 9 months.
It easily turns off so I can save the precious water of Los Angeles while I lather. Then it’s back on to rinse and not repeat.

The High Sierra shower head was so great that I bought a second one to install into my guest bathroom. The grip makes it easy to hang on to and the added Standard Holder is perfect for adapting a lower shower pipe to raise the shower head up. First time in years that I don’t have to bend over to shower.

They save on water, but somehow have fantastic water pressure.
I had a 1.5 gpm classic one and ended up getting a new 1.25 gpm one and I can barely tell the difference.
I love the little valve they have that allows you to turn it down to a trickle when you are soaping and not waste water.
I wish that the US government or something just send everyone one of these – would go along way to save our water problems without barely taking any hit on your shower experience.
Another positive is just how incredibly well constructed these are. Maybe it’s more expensive than the cheap one you get at home depot, but it’ll last you a lifetime.

The water pressure is fantastic for only being a 1.5 gpm. The only drawback is the overall height of the shower head ends up being lower than my previous shower heads. I wish there was a way to tilt the head up.

We’re on city water at home so while we want to conserve water it’s not as urgent since we live near Lake Erie and have ample water at a great rate. But our rural cabin is on a well with a slow recovery rate. So I went with the 1.25 GPM model for our cabin hoping it would provide at least an adequate shower. I love this shower head. It’s low flow, but the stream feels bigger than it is. This is also well made. It’s nice to have an option to buy something like this from an American company, rather than buying from a Chinese company. You might pay a little more initially, but quality pays in the long run. I have lost track of all the items I bought from China (because I had not other option), that quickly broke. Thank you High Sierra for taking such pride in your work.

My RV shower head that came with the RV (the cheap white plastic type) was so bad that I would waste almost all the hot water trying to rinse off. I was gifted by a friend the High Sierra shower head with the hose. The hose mounted easily to the existing faucet in the shower. The shower head hung in the existing plastic holder on the wall. I took my first shower with it and it was amazing. My first thought was why are these not standard in every RV and for that matter hotel rooms. It was hard to believe it was low flow and that it saves water because the pressure was great snd it felt to me more water was coming out. I could shower fast now without draining the hot water tank. The hose was extra long too so I could wash my feet easier and all the “other” areas. The quality is top notch. Since then I have been in numerous hotels and Airbnb’s and everyone is tired of me complaining about the poor water pressure. Seriously though, this High Sierra shower head should really be in all rv’s and hotels. I love it and thank you to my friend for gifting me one.

The only drawback is that the shower head creates a fine mist at the edge of the spray, making it difficult to keep your hair dry while washing your face and neck. Still a 5-star product.

Im very pleased with this shower head. Unlike other low flow heads Ive tried, this one is made of metal and feels built to last. The spray gives you enough water to easily rinse shampooed hair. The padded hand hold is necessary as the metal will heat up if your taking a hot shower. Hose is long enough to reach to the bottom and back of my tub, which is an added plus for washing my dogs. And it comes with an on/off switch so you can pause your shower while you soap up.

We have a well with plenty of pressure, however, it has a low recovery rate. We decided to give this a try, and WOW were we impressed! Comes out strong, and consistent. Has a pretty good pivoting radius.We did however decide to return the single unit and replaced with the same that included the hand wand and extension hose for ease of cleaning the tub and shower. This works the same with full pressure and flow.

This is a very long term review; I’ve had this product for a little more than two and half years at the time I’m writing this.I have had no issues whatsoever with this showerhead in two and half years. No clogs, no problems with the hose, the finish is still perfect.Originally I had ordered this because I have a teen that loves to take exceedingly long showers, and it was either limit the water flow or install a huge water heater. I took a shot on this showerhead. It worked out beautifully, and it’s nearly impossible to tell that it’s only a 1.5gpm shower.Buy this! You will not regret it.

We have gone thru numerous handheld shower heads and they always end up with the hose failing, the plastic falling apart, the spray features failing, etc. I specifically looked for a high quality unit and although you pay more for this than then the ones you find at home improvement stores, it is very much worth the price.It is a different shower experience since that shower head generates a large droplet, aerated stream, but now that we’ve gotten used to it, we love it. I really didn’t buy it for the water saving aspect, more so for the quality. You can’t go wrong and I like supporting U.S. based manufacturers. I have lived with very low water pressure and wanted to exchange my traditional shower head with a handheld. After research, I purchased the 1.8 handheld. I am so happy I did. I live with a low yield well that is connected to a cistern. We had to conserve water any way we can while still doing normal daily things, like showering. When I got this shower head in, it took a whole 2 minutes to install. They aren’t kidding when it says easy to install. The first time I used it, I wasn’t sure if I liked it, mostly because it was so different than my older style shower head. After using it a few more times, I love it. Just had to get used to the different way the water comes out, which is for the purpose of keeping good water pressure while only using 1.5 gpm, so it does make sense. Now that I’ve used it for a couple weeks, it doesn’t seem different anymore. The quality is top notch, all metal and feels substantial compared to cheaper plastic shower heads. This one is built to last.

I give this 5 stars all around for the quality, made in USA, excellent dealer response to a problem. The shower head had a malfunctioning part and unfortunately I had to send it back. Rusty offered to send a new one so they really stand behind the product. I thought it has great pattern spread, pressure, droplet shape, and a beautiful modern shape with solid steel hefty weight. Chrome surface was very high quality and substantial, nothing cheap about this handheld shower head and the articulating head was a plus. Rusty assured me that the problem was something they’d never seen before and I can attest that no problems reported in reviews ever mentioned having the diffuser weld in the head break and fall out so he was obviously truthful. You should not be disappointed with your purchase.

I have to admit that I was skeptical that a shower head could be worth this price (and odd design), but we really like this unit. It produces a shower that’s best described as “natural” – it does feed like standing under a forceful waterfall! With that said, it also sprays everywhere, and the force is enough to ricochet the water off the walls. For our purposes, we love it. The handle also protects the hand in case the metal body gets warm (which the rest of the unit certainly does!). We have wondered if the increased velocity of the water cools it down a bit. I haven’t noticed (I take cool showers to begin with), but my partner has. Nonetheless, no regrets and we’d definitely purchase again.

You can’t get better quality than this!!! Unfortunately The hand held piece alone weighs about one pound, no exaggeration. If you were to drop this on your foot you are in for a big ‘OWIE’! Other than that, keep a good grip on it. I would highly recommend the one with the soft grip handle, less likely to slip, feels more secure in your hand and better control.

We are all a fan of the power of this shower head’s spray. It’s great quality, definitely all metal, which is what we were looking for. This is gong to last for years. My complaint is that it doesn’t swivel down far enough for me. Our shower head bracket is now too high for me and the kids. Fixable but frustrating. I have figured out that I can hang it upside down for the mean time. That way it doesn’t just spray at the top of my head.

Ive owned this shower head for more than a year now and love this product so much I felt compelled to review it.Saving water is a priority for my family (as it should be for everyone who lives in the West, especially here in California), and while it was expensive, this shower head has more than paid for itself while greatly reducing our water consumption. Combining this product with a low-flush toilet has cut our water bill by more than 50%.I chose it for its sleek design, water savings, and based on a number of rave reviews. We replaced an aging 2.5gpm unit from a popular brand. When I installed it, my wife was initially skeptical about the modern design, its water-saving capabilities, and whether it would provide a good flow. These doubts vanished after the first couple of uses – as a matter of fact, she couldn’t believe that we were using a fraction of the water we were previously because the shower head provides such a nice satisfying flow with large, even drops. It really does seem like we are getting more water, and at just a slightly higher pressure. She got used to the design, and I think it looks great. The build quality is terrific; it feels like a solid, well-constructed luxury product when you pick it up.I unscientifically measured the output per minute by operating the shower head into a jug marked at the 1.5g line… it came in at just under the mark… maybe 1.4-ish gallons. That’s fine by me!I plan to add another bathroom next year and I will definitely purchase the same model again.Installing was super easy, I mean, it’s just a shower head. I did have to add a second gasket and apply Teflon tape to the pipe threads. A few months ago there was a clog; it was very easy to disconnect the nozzle to remove a large chunk of mineral that had gotten stuck in there. A 3 minute job at most. I have old galvanized pipes in my house so I doubt this would be an issue in a newer house with copper or pex water lines.As an aside, I attend grad school in San Francisco and noticed that my school had installed the previous version of this unit in the locker rooms, so evidently the school thought they were a great choice too.All in all, totally satisfied customer here. It’s great to support an American company too.

First of like all reviews , this is only MY opinion. The build of the shower head is very high quality metal. And it’s all metal. And it did retain heat during the shower quite well. Unfortunately my being used high pressure showers , this showerhead wasn’t for me. It does get you wet and makes you feel like you are in the rain so to speak , but not torrential feeling rain due to it being a low flow showerhead. Again this is my opinion , because I’m used to Korean showerheads. With that said I am giving the high Sierra 5 stars , because even tho it’s not for me it is still a high quality product.

I really think this was a good buy so far and ill give you the pros and cons. I think its a good thing for people who wanna save water and like a made in usa item that will last twice as long as the other stuff atleast.Pros.All metal and sturdy, comes with extra o-rings, had the button to turn the pressure down which will save me alot especially if you give babys a bath comes in super handy so they can take longer baths without costing you a fortune.Cons.Had to double up on the o-rings to get all leaks to stop. I have high water pressure with no regulator so maybe im a exceptionally for having bad leaks, there is no rubber on the neck so you can focus the water in a direction its all metal and always slides to point straight. At full pressure its still a little bit too soft of a spray but thats probably because its 1.5 gallon so you sacrifice the intense spray.

I bought this to replace a cheap plastic imported model that tried to flood my bathroom with a leaky hose. I said enough is enough I am going to buy a quality product, and a quality product is exactly what you get with this shower head. Its noticeably heavier in the hand than the average showerhead thanks to its brass and stainless construction. The trickle valve slides smoothly and can be adjusted depending on how far you slide it to slightly limit flow or almost completely stop it. This is very handy if you want to save water while soaping up. The shower spray pattern appears to be non-adjustable although its a nice medium width that pretty much covers all applications. My favorite thing about it is the feel of the spray, they are not kidding when they talk about large water droplets, it just feels like so much more water is hitting you than 1.8 gpm. You definitely don’t get that water saving shower head feeling. It feels luxurious. Also the rubberized grip keeps you in full control of the device, which is a very good thing because you definitely don’t want to drop it on your toes. I definitely recommend this if you don’t mind paying a little extra for a solid made in USA quality product with excellent performance.

Having suffered from low water pressure for years I was not optimistic that changing the shower head would help. I have to report that High Sierra’s low flow solid metal shower head has changed our life! The powerful invigorating spray this unit produces is mind blowing.The first day I showered with it I was later asked numerous times if I had lost weight. After a week I noticed my hair growing back. I have been using it for a month now and I just got a promotion and a yuge raise!I don’t know if this will happen for everyone, but I do know my shower is a great place to be once more. I love showering again. Shampoo in the hair? Blasted away in moments. hard to rinse soap from skin? No match for the torrent emitting from this nozzle. Like standing under a waterfall compared to the last shower head we had. No fine mist here!Has a heavy solid weighty feel in the hand that lets you know you bought a quality piece of equipment. My wife is rather short and she can adjust the spray to hit her when it is in the holder Get the water volume adjustment function. I have found it to be useful and it can be turned down (or off) to conserve water with hardly any loss of enjoyment or effectiveness .I was worried about spending this much money, but having used it for a few weeks now I have no regrets and would not hesitate to buy another if needed (I don’t anticipate needing to replace it. I think it will last a long time) . My wife is very pleased as well. Getting the hair color rinsed out is a breeze now she says. Very happy with this purchase!

We’ve had the 1.5 GPM handheld model for over a month. Easy to set up. The nozzle spray is strong enough especially if within 8 inches from the tip. But when positioned on it’s holder at 6 feet a short person like me (4 ft. 8 in. tall) cannot get the full force. So when we remodel our bathroom I will install a second holder at 5 feet. When I hand-hold the nozzle it’s fine. We have a small tankless water heater that provides 1.5 GPM heated water so this shower head is perfect. And the fact that it saves water is so enviromentally important.

Made in the USA, I like (& support) that. The shower is great, and I need to save water. The quality is worth a FIVE STAR rating for sure. About a year ago, I got the adjustable shower heads from another company that you could switch between 0.5G, 1.0G, and 1.5gpm but even though it came in a two-pack for much less money, one of them didn’t even fit . Oh well, you get what you pay for.One of the great features that High Sierra doesn’t even mention is the push-button valve that is used to cut the water off…they do mention it has it, but they only say it can be used to go from “full flow” to cutting the water off for a time if you don’t want to use water while you are doing whatever….BUT, I must say, the action on the button is so smooth, that you can just slide it part way to get even LESS water flow from the head. It’s can be moved VERY EASY from 100% down to 0% so you can, with ease, have it on 50% (just 0.75 gpm if you’d like) to save as much water as you want! I don’t know if doing this will wear it out sooner than expected or not though. Hey HIGH SIERRA…if you want to make a 1.0 gpm Handheld Showerhead, sign me up to be a tester!!! We need to save all the water we can where I’m at so every bit helps! Great job on this product, would advise anyone who is willing to pay the price to get one, you will love it!

I wanted a shower head with all metal Construction. And I wasn’t finding one. I looked at all the major hardware stores, several home good stores, and several websites. I kept finding plastic. I finally located this on Amazon, and despite not knowing the name brand decided to try it out. I am very glad I did.The shower head has a very space-age look, which looks a bit odd in my very old house. However it works beautifully. I had specifically been looking for one with a long hose, so that I could wash my dog’s a little more easily in the bathtub. I like it. Water savings is great. Just a heads up to anyone using a tankless water heater. Ensure you minimum flow rate is below 1.5 GPM or this won’t work for you. Also, the pause button can’t really be used with a tankless, (since when you “pause” the water with the button on the showerhead, no water is flowing; when that happens your tankless will shut off – pressing the button to resume water flow means your tankless will reengage, but it will have to warm back up to the previous temperature. This means you’ll get a bubble of cold water hitting you. Not fun.) So I’d recommend getting the version without the pause button, unless you need that for another reason. Honestly those are the only pitfalls. Great showehead with enough pressure to make the wife happy. Less water using to make me happy.

A right proper deluge at only 1.5 gpm? Yes! (verified by the timed bucket test). This is not a meek, mild gentle rain-type delivery. It douses thoroughly! Components seem like they will last “forever” … no cheapo plastics. Particularly nice is the flex hose, which actually flexes easily, unlike other manufacturers’ plastic hoses that retain the curvature from being coiled for packaging (a D…. unit we replaced wouldn’t straighten out even after days of letting the showerhead hang straight down – raise it back to the holder, hose curls up and out). Very impressed with all aspects of the High Sierra.

I was apprehensive at spending so much for a shower head, but it excels in everything a shower head should do:1) It will blast the day’s sweat and dirt away (the flow feels more than 2.5gpm but uses only 1.5gpm)2) The trickle valve allows me to lather up without countering the water, making my bathing quicker and easier3) The hose allows for focused water in hard to reach areas, again making bathing quicker and easierWithout being uncomfortable or feeling like a sacrifice is being made, I’m able to shower in about 4 minutes, with the water running for maybe 1.5 – 2. Meaning a complete shower is about 3 gallons.There are two areas where things could be improved:1) Noise. It produces slightly more noise than other shower heads I’ve had. Nothing deafening, but noticeably louder.2) Fair amount of side spray. The shower heads that I had previously used (the first originally purchased from BBaB and replaced with the same model 3 years later from Amazon) are no longer sold. I can’t believe this is a 1.5 gpm shower head. In all honesty I haven’t tried any other low flow shower heads but this one blew me away(almost literally). I needed a new shower head and wanted to conserve water so I did my research and came upon High Sierra. The reviews convinced me to give it a try and boy I was not disappointed. To be clear this is not a rainfall type shower head with individual streams. It’s pretty much firehose style. The power of the stream of water is very impressive. It subjectively feels much stronger then the regular shower heads I have used. I expected to sacrifice some shower satisfaction to save water but I like this move then any other shower head I have used. The Trickle Valve is awesome too. It adds significantly to the water savings and operates in a light and smooth fashion. While not inexpensive the whole unit exudes quality and durability with its all metal construction and excellent chrome finish. The fact that it’s made in the USA by a small company just makes it that much better.

We have had a high sierra showerhead in our home shower for several years and love it. We had not been pleased with the shower in our travel trailer and decided to give a high sierra a try in there. Installation could not have been easier. Unscrew the attachment from under the spigot and screw on the high sierra assembly (we purchased it with the shut off valve and metal hose). What a difference!! Even with the low pressure from the on board water systems, it was like being in the shower at home. My wife and granddaughter were finally able to thoroughly rinse their hair. The shut off valve worked smoothly. We use even less water per shower and feel much cleaner. Great purchase. Should be offered as an option on all new trailer sales!!!

This shower head really puts out a great stream with less water. It is easy to handle and the trickle feature is a big plus. The construction is top notch and feels very durable. It is great to adjust the shower head at the handle instead of having a rotating plastic base that will wear out and break over time, like most other hand-helds. Their stationary base is steel and holds the handle well.I have to say the customer service (Rusty) of High Sierra is the best I have seen in a long time. I did have an issue with my shower head, which Sierra tested for me and were able to deduce it was a water pressure issue. The sprayer is all metal except for the white ceramic handle and the semi transparent cover at the nozzle. I can detect no plastic anywhere!The nozzle has an amazing amount of freedom, it moves a lot more than I thought it would. It stays put right where you aim it and I can direct it to spray every corner of my shower. Pressure is excellent for a 1.8 GPM head.I searched high and low for a hand sprayer/mount combo that would not break if someone was a bit too rough. I almost gave up the search, then I found this beauty. Even though it is all metal, the slim design keeps the overall weight just right, enough heft to feel top notch, but not too heavy for a small or elderly person to use. Our hot water has tiny grains of sediment that would quickly clog any showerheads we tried. The High Sierra solved this problem – instead of tiny pinholes, the stream of water is dispersed through a nozzle, similar to the spray on a garden hose. The solid rubber hand grip gives a nice style accent as well as making it comfortable and non-slip. Also, it’s made of solid metal (except the clear plastic spray shield at the head) so I expect it to last a long time – the quality surpasses many more expensive showerheads. Installation took mere seconds — it was simple to screw onto the existing shower hose without needing any tools.
The 1.5 gpm spray is strong and definitely conserves water, but the reduced amount of water takes longer to rinse my hair – the 1.8 gpm version Could be a better choice in that regard. Also, there are no variable spray settings (pulsating, narrow, wide, etc.). But I’m very pleased that I no longer need to unclog or replace my showerhead. Plus, it’s nice to have such a well made and well priced item that’s made in USA; it will probably be the last showerhead I’ll ever need to buy.

We’ve owned this unit for over 10 years. It’s fantastic! You’d never guess it’s a low-flow shower head; it delivers great pressure with plenty of water to rinse off shampoo, soap or body wash. We also use this to bathe our dogs; makes the job very easy on us and them. You can adjust the flow from a trickle up to full-force or shut off completely. This saves even more water since it doesn’t have to be left on while you lather up. Because the flow is so adjustable, it’s great for dogs and toddlers. No overwhelming them with forceful water. I’m here to buy another unit for the other full bath in our new home. Nothing negative about this product; it’s been problem free for us and it’s used daily for DH and me, and every 7-10 days for the dogs. We purchased our first unit at a home show. I’m so glad to have found it here.

This is a high quality. all metal shower head. And even though it’s only 1.5 gpm, it produces a nice spray. I was surprised.However, it’s still only 1.5 gpm, and there isn’t a flow restrictor which can easily be removed. To increase flow, you have to take apart the shower head and enlarge the water passage with a drill. In other words, increasing the flow is not reversible.Also, I only wanted the handle. And it seems you can’t buy the handle without the head. I already have a modified hi-flow shower head which I wanted to use with this handle. And it works well.

This is the best shower head that I have ever used. I love it. I put this in the kid’s shower and now want one for my shower. I have tried many other shower heads (from 1.5 GPM to 2.5 GPM) and this one is much better than any of the other ones that I have every used – even better than the standard-flow shower heads. The water flow from this shower head is perfect. It feels like very full water flow – feels like so much water that I did not believe that it was only 1.5 GPM until I measured the flow rate myself and confirmed that it is only 1.5 GPM. The water flow is very unlike any other low flow shower head that I have used. The drops big and hit you softly, but in a way that makes it easy to get shampoo out of your hair and soap off of your body. I highly recommend this product. The handle works fine. It is very solid. It fit our existing tubing for the hand shower that we replaced. The button at the bottom of the handle can be used to turn off the water flow when shampooing your hair.

Works as advertised. Quality construction and design. Water flow pattern and pressure passed the wife and daughter approval test. I even got my daughter to use the trickle valve. Daughter thinks it is a little ‘loud’ but that’s not really a concern. Would like to see it come with an attachment to mount to existing shower head spigot. It does not, so you have to get one. Home Depot & Lowes have them in different finishes and they are low cost. One thing I would like to see: the handle is really smooth so difficult to grip and control when hands are soapy. Would be nice to have some sort of knurled handle or otherwise.

The water flow feels good for a low-flow head. The shape is a bit awkward since it is shorter than the other handheld shower heads– the result is that I have to stoop under this one when it’s in the same holder.The trickle valve blocks the flow, but the first time I used it, it would not turn off, so I couldn’t get the water back on. The head had to be disassembled to unclog it. Not clear where the thing that blocked it came from, but the seller was very responsive and told me how to take it apart and offered to replace it if I didn’t want to try that.In summary, though, I really like this shower head. I’m probably going to buy another for the kids’ shower, and I’m recommending this to my friends and family. The water flow really does work well. It’s not quite as powerful as the old-old-style with no restrictors, but it’s way better than most low-flow ones I’ve tried. And the water savings is amazing!

Water pressure is great, and I have very thick hair. This will help us reach, if not surpass, our 30% water use reduction mandate here in CA. This is likely the single most effective (and quick) fix we can make, indoors. The trickle feature is what is going to offer the greatest impact, although the 1.5 GPM is also going to be a great help. You do need to purchase your hose and holder separate, this purchase is ONLY the head. Our next step is to locate a water recirculator to eliminate the waste of water while running the faucet to await arrival of the hot water in our distant bathrooms.This is also offered in a fixed head, for those that don’t have the hand held set up.

This combination is better than I had hoped for really. The selected flexible hose is metallic on the outside, but extremely flexible. The High Sierra Showerhead is really great in every regard. As a mechanical engineer involved in manufacturing, I am highly critical of design, function, and appearance. Though this unit might not be as “fashionable” as some by other mfrs., it hits it out of the park for design and function. I like that the slider valve that can be varied in its position between on and off. I directly sought a made in USA shower head to support US manufacturing. I have no regrets whatsoever. The mfr. is and should be proud of the rock-solid item they have produced.The potential water-savings of this shower head was brought home to me in a big way when I used it to fill a bucket for floor washing. There is a mighty disconnect between what you see and expect versus what is delivered per unit time into the bucket! A direct flow fill at my typical pressure would have filled the bucket 1.5g in 30s or less. I had to wait and wait on this shower head. In the moment is was annoying, but really, it was awesome! All that spray and apparent volume at a fraction of the regular flow rate.This is a really great product and I have recommended to several friends so far!

I didn’t buy my shower head from Amazon, but directly from the manufacturer (regular price a few months ago). I swear, this is the best shower head I’ve ever used! Despite being such a great water saver, it’s got a wonderful, strong stream of water that you’d never guess was saving water. It’s great for getting out shampoo and conditioner, it’s got a great spray circumference and the little button that shuts it off to a dribble while you soap up is great so that you don’t have to shut off the water at the faucet is a really nice feature. I highly recommend this shower head. Great purchase!

My shower head had finally died and I went looking for an AMERICAN MADE replacement. This turned out to be more difficult than I realized…. Then I found High Sierra. I was so excited that they are made with brass. No cheap plastic that will crack and die after a few years.I was hesitant about the “low flow” because I have long, super crazy thick hair that takes forever to rinse. To get all the soap out I had to put my shower head on the highest setting and blast it out. One of the things mentioned on High Sierra’s website was that it worked well with thick hair so I purchased one and I love it! It rinses so much better than my old shower head. I love it so much that I bought another for my daughter.Water efficiency aside – this shower head is awesome!! I hope someday he will make ones for the sink faucets and garden hose!! :o))

This is a wonderful replacement for hand held shower that broke after 11 years. The feel of the water from the shower head is utter delight. Not prickly, but gentle and forceful, if such can be. I was fearful with the low flow I would not like it compared to my previous shower massage. Not so. To enjoy a great shower and save water, buy this! I purchased the 1.8 gpm model of this showerhead. The flow is very strong, you will not feel like you are using a “green” shower head. This water saving device is critical here in California. The shower head is very hefty and feels very solid, unlike other shower heads made of chrome plated plastic. This is solid steel throughout. Made in the USA!!!!Please note, this does not come with a hose or holder. You’ll have to get those separately.

Due to the severe drought here in CA and the recent restrictions demanded by the State, I decided it was time for a new showerhead. I bought this directly from the manufacturer a couple of weeks ago. I LOVE IT! It gives great pressure and doesn’t feel like a low-flow shower. No stinging, needle-like, but useless, streams of water stabbing you. It feels like feels like lots of water coming out, but just in a smaller radius (at least compared to my old hand-held one). Gets the shampoo and conditioner out just great, has a a shut-off valve that slows water to just a trickle while you’re lathering up so you don’t waste water, and it’s a good looking unit. Very solid, all metal except for the handle, which is porcelain and made in the USA. I was able to use the hose from my old hand-held shower, rather than buying a new one. And it was a piece of cake to install – took about 3 minutes and a couple of turns of a wrench at the end. I’m so glad I bought this! Can’t wait to see what my next water bill looks like – I’m sure I’ll see an improvement.

Superior construction, simplicity in design & delivers it’s patented Low Flow 1.5 GPS as if you were using a normal open flow shower head which wastes our precious water consumption!!I rate this delivery system a 5+. Should you decide to purchase this item I would suggest that you also acquire the recommended delivery two part delivery system which you will need to connect to your main water outlet ( the 100″ water line & the Handheld Shower-head Holder which are sold separately at a minimal cost). You will ultimately save on shipping costs especially if you order these items via ‘Amazon Online’. Please note that due to consumer demand that it may take several weeks for your order to be completed which was what I experienced. It was well worth the wait and I have been exceedingly happy with this products performance while using it daily for the past couple of months.

The showerhead is great. It reduces water flow greatly but it doesn’t feel like it because you still get a strong, wide spray of water due to the device’s design. For Californians, Arizonans and any others who want to conserve water, this is a product that really works without having to sacrifice comfort.

This shower head provides great pressure, making my showers a little shorter since it rinses better than a wimpy low flow head. The only caution I would have, which may not apply to others, is that when I use the control valve to shut off the flow to shave or whatever, the flow starts back up fairly hot. I don’t know if this is something that only occurs with my showers mixing valve, but it something to be aware of. My wife and daughter don’t notice this in their shower.

About a month ago, I was sent and outrageous water/sewer bill. I checked every toilet and faucet for leaks and everything was tight, so my water usage had to be the result of showers, toilets, washing machine and dish washer. I checked the toilets and they are about as efficient as they can get, so I decided to replace the WaterPik shower head and see if that makes a difference.I bought the High Sierra Handheld with a control valve. It is a low flow at 1.5 GPM which is much less then the WaterPik. I ordered it on March 28th and it was in my mailbox today, April 3rd. I also bought a Inox 100 inch stainless steel hose so I can reach my dog when I give him a bath. I used the existing shower arm mount which worked perfectly.This unit was easy to install, gives a powerful shower, looks good and works very well. I like the control valve as that will save water while I wash my dog.I highly recommend this Shower Head. Great job David.
