Limited Warranty
We warrant our new shower heads, hoses, and (substantially metal) accessories and tools to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty coverage periods vary based on model and installation type, ranging from 2 years for standard models up to 10 years for our STEELHEAD™ shower heads in residential settings. If your product experiences a covered defect, we will, at our option, provide replacement parts, repair the unit, or replace it.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with a High Sierra Showerheads product, you may return it for a refund or exchange. Just return the product to us in like-new condition within 30 days from the date it was shipped to you, and we will refund the full purchase price, less shipping costs, which are nonrefundable. High Sierra Showerheads reserves the right to determine whether a full or partial refund or an exchange is merited based on the condition of the returned merchandise.

Clog-Free Guarantee
High Sierra guarantees that our shower heads with our mesh screen installed will never clog.
Before High Sierra Showerheads installed mesh screens in our product, only large debris particles could clog our patented nozzles. With the screen, large particles are stopped in their tracks and water is able to flow around them.
Gasket and Washer Replacements
When compressed over years, rubber gaskets and washers will harden, and their ability to seal against leaks is reduced. Eventually they will need to be replaced. When these items in your High Sierra product need to be replaced, please contact us for support.
Shipping
Under most circumstances, orders are shipped from our warehouse the next business day after they are received. Packages to United States (U.S.) destinations are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on transit time and delivery location. These services usually have an expected delivery window of 2-3 business days following shipping. Please note: This is not a guarantee. Location, weather, holidays, and other factors may affect delivery time.
High Sierra Showerheads® reserves the right to choose a shipping option other than USPS Priority Mail/UPS Ground. On Occasion, USPS First Class Mail, FedEx Ground, or other shipping methods may be used. If High Sierra Showerheads chooses to ship your package using another service, your scheduled delivery time may be delayed.
If your package does not arrive within 2-3 days after shipping, High Sierra Showerheads will not compensate you for the late arrival. We are simply offering this service as a ‘Thank You’ for purchasing our product – this does not make it a guarantee.
