2 Year Warranty

High Sierra Showerheads® warrants each new shower head it manufactures to be free from defective materials and workmanship. High Sierra Showerheads® agrees to remedy any such defect or replace the unit, at our option, provided the unit is delivered to us, intact, with all transportation charges prepaid to our factory, for a period of 2 years from the date of sale to the original purchaser.

60-Day Satisfaction Guaranteed

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the High Sierra product, you may return it for a refund or exchange. Just return the product to us in like-new condition within 60 days from the date it was shipped to you, and we will refund the full purchase price, less shipping costs, which are nonrefundable. High Sierra Showerheads reserves the right to determine whether a full or partial refund or and exchange is merited based on the condition of the returned merchandise.

Clog-Free Guarantee

High Sierra guarantees that our shower heads with our mesh screen installed will never clog.

Before High Sierra Showerheads installed mesh screens in our product, only large debris particles could clog our patented nozzles. With the screen, large particles are stopped in their tracks and water is able to flow around them.

Gasket and Washer Replacements

When compressed over years, rubber gaskets and washers will harden, and their ability to seal against leaks is reduced. Eventually they will need to be replaced. When these items in your High Sierra product need to be replaced contact us for support.

Shipping

Under most circumstances, orders are shipped from our warehouse the next business day after they are received. Packages to USA destinations are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on transit time and delivery location. These services usually have an expected delivery window of 2-3 business days following shipping. Please note: This is not a guarantee. Location, weather, holidays, and other factors may affect delivery time.

High Sierra Showerheads® reserves the right to choose a shipping option other than USPS Priority Mail/UPS Ground. On Occasion, USPS First Class Mail, FedEx Ground, or other shipping methods may be used. If High Sierra Showerheads chooses to ship your package using another service, your scheduled delivery time may be delayed.

If your package does not arrive within 2-3 days after shipping, High Sierra Showerheads will not compensate you for the late arrival. We are simply offering this service as a ‘Thank You’ for purchasing our product – this does not make it a guarantee.
