City approved. Works fine. Needed it to pass city inspection and city approved this valve after rejecting several other.

Works great

This unit is well made and appears to work well. Solid metal piece of metal that should hold up.
I discovered that this is actually made in a town that I do not live that far from. Glad to support them.
Bonus it comes with a no marring wrench. Be sure to use the supplied washer. Not sure why- but thats what the instructions say.

Great performance at $1/8th the cost of a Moen replacement. Easy install.

It fits fine and did not require me to use any plumbing tape. There are zero leaks. I do not see a difference after having this installed of how the water stops after turning it off. To be honest, everything seems to operate exactly the same as it did before so I have noticed nothing different in having it attached. I am not saying this is doing nothing though. I know these backflow preventers are required for outdoor hose spigots nationally, but was unaware of their use for showers. This is solid metal construction and simple to install.
