High Sierra's manually pressure controlled handheld kit is built without our automatic pressure compensating flow control diaphragm and replaces it with a push button valve added to the end of the hose opposite the handheld shower head. This valve gives the user total control over the water pressure setting of the handheld shower head. This kit is not recommended when the water supply pressure is variable. Available in various flow rates (1.25 GPM to 2.0 GPM).
WARRANTY NOTE:
The never-clog guarantee is void if the mesh screen is removed. Replacement ball joint gaskets with screens are available free of charge upon request.

In my case, UPS charged me an exorbitant brokerage fee due to a Canadian postal strike. When I reached out to High Sierra to explain, their team went above and beyond, covering the fee as a gesture of goodwill. That level of customer service is rare and deeply appreciated.
