As a Canadian customer, I couldn’t be happier with my experience purchasing a High Sierra showerhead all the way from California to Ontario. After researching extensively for the best quality showerhead available worldwide, I found High Sierra—and they exceeded all my expectations.
First and foremost, the quality of their showerheads is unmatched. They’re solidly built from steel with no plastic parts, giving them a durable, premium feel. Even the 1.2 GPM model I purchased delivers excellent water pressure, making it more than sufficient for a satisfying shower and easily rinsing out shampoo. For anyone with a cottage or on a holding tank system, this showerhead is the perfect solution, as it helps conserve water without compromising on performance.
Installing the showerhead was straightforward, even for someone without extensive plumbing experience. The handheld model I purchased has a sturdy, non-slip grip and comes with a well-designed hose that doesn’t tangle or knot. The hanger (or bracket) that holds the showerhead fits snugly and securely, ensuring it stays in place.
While the price may seem high, I firmly believe you get what you pay for—and this product is worth every penny. For Canadian buyers, the exchange rate and potential shipping fees can add up, but the quality and customer service more than make up for it.
In my case, UPS charged me an exorbitant brokerage fee due to a Canadian postal strike. When I reached out to High Sierra to explain, their team went above and beyond, covering the fee as a gesture of goodwill. That level of customer service is rare and deeply appreciated.
