Great customer service, appears to be of great quality. I hope this hose lasts at least the three years that the last one did. Buying a new hose every three years is not too bad.
Lana Brewer –
The best flexible hose I’ve ever found: super flexible, extra length, beautiful finish.

After multiple purchases from High Sierra for multiple bathroom renovations, we’ve found High Sierra products are HIGH quality materials, made in the United States, and great prices. The waterfall fixed rain shower head is stunningly simple and elegant–yup, waxing poetic–can’t help it. HS stands behind their products, answers the phone on the first ring, and knowledgeably answers questions. Unbeatable…

These hoses from THIS manufacturer are boilable because they are lined with silicone, not neoprene or other plastics. For NTM I think they fit perfectly in the pstients lifestyle. Manufacturer answers emails.

Just what I needed. The extra length helps when I set on my shower seat to wash my feet. Thank you for a great product.
