Trickle Valve
Our push-button trickle valve easily controls the flow of water, or shuts it off to a trickle, while lathering, for even greater water savings. Simply push the button one way to reduce the flow and push it back when you’re ready to resume full spray. You can push the button all the way, or anywhere in-between to get that perfect spray!

The Steelhead is just what I was looking for to replace my very expensive rain shower head that needed to be soaked in vinegar every few months to keep it unclogged. Stainless steel is great in maritime environments so that’s a big plus for me. I was hesitant about going with the suggested 1.5 gpm version but really glad I did as it does a great job and I actually use the trickle valve to reduce the flow a bit until the very end of my shower.
My original goal wasn’t to save money. I removed the restrictor from the previous one. I just enjoy nice long showers. But, considering how brutal the electric rate on Maui is, my next bill is probably going to shock me in a very nice way.
