Well… it’s definitely well made, if not a bit utilitarian. My wife made the comment that it was a bit heavy. She also commented on the rain drop effect coming from the classic shower head as something that she was not used to, and wasn’t sure she liked it as it hit her face and eyes. She’s used to less well made products.
I appreciate the product for what it is, a well made and probably a long lasting product that will prove well worth its cost.
I guess the 4 stars are due to my wife’s comments

I ordered the standard grip shower handle. it is solid and well built. The inlet and outlet ports sealed well with no leaks.
